Aimee is a certified nutritionist and women's health coach with a master's in nutrition therapy. She specializes in infertility, genetic health, autoimmune disorders, chronic illness, weight loss, food allergies, and prenatal/postpartum care.
Having personally dealt with way too many issues of her own (Hashimoto's thyroid disease, MTHFR, celiac disease, RA, fibromyalgia, and recurrent pregnancy loss), she became frustrated at the apparent lack of holistic support for women going through complex health and hormone issues. After losing more than 80 pounds by following a Paleo diet, and turning her life around through nutrition and holistic principles, Aimee realized that more than writing the next great American novel, she wanted to help women like herself achieve their personal health goals.
After struggling for three years to stay pregnant, and going through an interminable 10 miscarriages, Aimee is now especially focused on helping women prepare, nurture, and nourish their bodies in the quest for motherhood. Additionally, she offers nutritional support for new moms recovering from all types of birth, including cesarean, and other postpartum issues like postpartum depression and anxiety, inability to breastfeed, hormone balancing, and infant nutrition.
Aimee resides in Northeast Indiana with her husband, Marvin, and their son, Harry.
